Ever since I watched the movie "Facebook", I came to respect the importance of network issues on Social networking sites.
The way Zuckerberg explains that each user is a domino and once you lose one, you start losing the other seemed to make the point clearer.
Well I don't think google people had to watch the movie to understand this. After all, they experienced how the migration of a few users had snowballed into a near extinction of orkut.
After an eager waiting period for an invitation of google pus , it did not matter much that I could not access it the first few days after getting the invite owing to google's lack of hurry and allowing people with a huge social foot print.

As I came on, I was rather happy with the features, the circles for friends, and have even decided to purchase an android phone as my Sony Ericsson mobile's browser was not supported after the first few days by Google plus.
The game didn't last long. A Technical issue on the 4 day of my joining the goolge plus family. The sparks screen gets stuck and I am unable to view my profile or even photos... The notifications tab turns blank and so is the share button and the whole interface is stuck.
Dear Google plus support team, may be this is not what I as an average user would expect after a long wait for the so called mother of social networking sites. Well, you might want to give it another shot to get it right and make it count if you want people to leave the sites they frequent and float to plus for a positive experience.
PS:- Well the issue seems to be rectified in 30 min of the post; but may you can focus a little keenly owing to the number of options the users now have, may be your long standing user base may not always help
